We at Rector Global Certifications are committed to providing the certification activities in an Impartial, independent, and value-added manner for QMS, EMS, OHSMS, FSMS, EnMS, MDQMS, ITSMS, and ISMS management system as for the client and accreditation board satisfaction. Rector Global Certifications shall provide the certification services through the competent personnel and improve their competency by training and timely evaluation. Rector Global Certifications strives towards objectives and believes in continual improvement in the certification activities through effective internal audit, MRM, and strong feedback system from clients, auditors, certification staff, third parties, and other stakeholders. Rector Global Certifications ensures that its services are available to all its clients and these services are not based on financial or any other consideration. Rector Global Certifications ensures that all its procedures/guidelines operate in a non-discriminatory manner.
Impartiality Policy
It is the policy of Rector Global Certificationss to operate its business in accordance with the guiding principles of impartiality, competence, responsibility, openness, confidentiality and responsiveness. Rector Global Certifications views the safeguarding of impartiality as paramount in maintaining confidence. Rector Global Certifications senior management has established and promoted an impartiality policy with associated objectives on which Rector Global Certifications certification service will be based.
A relationship that threatens Rector Global Certifications impartiality can be based upon ownership, governance, personnel, shared resources, finances, contracts, marketing and payment of a sales commission or other inducement for the referral of new clients etc.
All Directors, staff and sub-contractors are required to complete and sign the Compliance with Conflict of Interest Policy.
Rector Global’s top management are committed to impartiality in its management system certification activities, and has appointed an independent Impartiality Committee. In any event representation of a balance of interests shall be such that no single interest will be allowed to predominate at any convening thereof.
The Committee safeguards the impartiality of Rector Global with duties and responsibilities that include.
- Assisting in developing policies relating to the impartiality of certification activities.
- Counteracting any tendency to allow commercial or other considerations to prevent the consistent, objective provision of certification activities.
- Advising on matters affecting confidence in certification, including openness and public perception.
- Conducting a review, at least annually, of the impartiality of the audit, certification and Rector Global decision making processes.
The Impartiality Committee has ultimate authority for matters relating to Rector Global impartiality and to maintaining the integrity of the certification process.
